A full confession:  I love peanut butter.  So anything with “peanut butter” in the title is something I’m going to try.   Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender.  After 30 seconds, you should be in peanut butter banana bliss.

Pineapple Mango Mint Smoothie

Looking for a taste of the tropics…? Or, just ready for a “summer drink”?

This smoothie’s key ingredient is coconut water that gives this drink it’s natural sweetness.  And while the tropical sweetness sounds delicious, the mint leaf really takes this drink to a whole other level.

Cherry-Almond Smoothie

The prep time on this drink is 2 minutes and it’s only 196 calories.   What a perfect way to reward yourself after a morning of heavy activity.

Cherries are certainly sweeter than other berries found in most smoothies and you can most likely find them frozen at your local grocery store.  The recipe also calls for adding a touch of almond extract to bring out the almond flavors that complement the cherries so well.
